Whether you are in-person or virtual, we have a slate of workshops and sessions that will support the work you do in your institution!


2021 CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUNDS

If you need to cancel your registration for the 2021 Annual Meeting, we will refund the registration price, less a $50 processing fee, up to 7 days prior to the start of the Annual Meeting start date. Fees for in-person events/tours will be fully refunded if the request is received prior to October 1, 2021. SEMC cannot refund pre-paid event/tour fees after this date.

You can also move your registration to the virtual conference. Please contact SEMC staff for details.

Attendees who are unable to attend the meeting may also transfer their registration to another individual from their organization.  A transfer request must be sent to SEMC staff in writing. Upon receipt, the original registration rate and any event tickets purchased will transfer to the new attendee, and the new registrant will receive a confirmation. Transfers after October 8, 2021 will incur a $25 processing fee.

Requests received after October 17, 2021 will not be eligible for a refund. However you can move your registration to the virtual conference.

We must receive your refund request in writing, by email, or in a written statement through WildApricot no later than 7 days prior to the start of the Annual Meeting explaining the need for a refund.
