SMALL MUSEUM ADMINISTRATOR’S COMMITTEE (SMAC)
SMAC, an AAM standing professional committee, is an advocate for museums in North America whose annual budgets average under $350,000. Their purpose is to raise awareness about the significant role small museums have in society. SMAC endeavors to serve its members by increasing small museum visibility on local, regional, and national levels. They provide information and access to resources that enhance the quality of small museum operations and services.
