Renaissance Montgomery Hotel - Pre-Function Space

Please note that for 2025 all Expo spaces will be tabletops (as opposed to the pipe and drape booths).  SEMC staff have been to the Renaissance several times and spent time in the conference spaces (as seen on the diagram). The 2025 Expo is near the main lobby and registration, right outside of general sessions and just below all the session spaces. As always, SEMC event teams are planning multiple events to route attendees through the Expo Hall.

*please note that final placement of food and beverage stations is subject to change.

The SEMC2025 Registration Area is in the pre-function space just off the hotel lobby. Session spaces are located on the second floor overlooking the Expo. Signage will tie all space together and direct attendees to both sessions and Expo.
