Salary and Hiring Range
This is a career ladder position. Applicants may choose which position for which they would like to apply depending on their qualifications and experience.Applicants selected at the manager level have the opportunity to move to the director position after at least one year of service, dependent upon demonstrated capability and proficiency in the role.
Manager:
Total Salary Range: $40,000 — $60,000
Hiring Range: $40,000 — $52,000
Director:
Total Salary Range: $65,000 — $90,000
Hiring Range: $65,000 — $78,000
The advertised Total Pay Range and Hiring Range represent a good faith minimum and maximum salary range for this position. The advertised ranges are not a promise of a particular wage for any specific candidate. When negotiating compensation, the MotCP Hiring Manager or Director will consider multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, special licensing or qualifications, and other factors.
