The Dot Experience design and opening aims to set new standards for accessibility and inclusion.  This new attraction is scheduled to open in fall 2026.  It is nested within the structure of American Printing House, serving as the headquarters’ new front door, and operates as a component part of the organization. • Visitor Experience: Foster a welcoming, professional environment; supervise frontline staff, interns, and volunteers; address visitor inquiries and concerns.
    • Team Collaboration: Partner with education and marketing teams to deliver and promote programs, gather feedback, and enhance offerings.
    • Financial & Resource Management: Support budgeting, financial reporting, grant/sponsorship proposals, and resource allocation.
    • Data & Reporting: Track KPIs, maintain records, prepare reports, and provide insights to leadership.
    • Maintenance & Continuous Improvement: Ensure preventative maintenance, monitor exhibit/media functionality, and recommend improvements.
