The Museum Administration Associate provides administrative support to the Administration, Curatorial, and Development staff including data entry, database maintenance, office supply maintenance, office equipment support, volunteer coordination, and general administrative and office support. The position is the main point of contact for our donors, and serves as the Board liaison, arranging logistics of meetings, distributing materials, and maintaining the schedule. She/he will also communicate with artists and galleries to coordinate art loans.
