Job Title: Learning and Engagement Coordinator

Position Summary:
The Learning and Engagement Coordinator provides critical administrative support for the department’s initiatives to bring a diverse group of students and adults to the Gibbes. Under the guidance of the Director of Youth and Family Engagement, this position manages group tour experiences, ticketed programs, and educational initiatives. Primary duties include managing school tours, managing program registration, and assisting with the implementation of other departmental programs including but not limited to workshops and family programs. This position is Tuesday through Saturday.
Essential Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to all education and program constituents.
Act as main point of contact to process school tour booking requests and provide information to participants regarding tour content, scheduling, costs, payment processing and policies.
Create registration links for programs and workshops and post events to internal calendars and website.
Manage registration and rosters for programs and workshops.
Coordinate tour and program logistics, including IT support, facility needs, and check-in.
Lead public and K-12 tours.
Lead workshops and hands-on activities for school groups and family audiences.
Analyze data and generate reports as needed to support mely review of tour and program feedback for grant reporting.
Perform general maintenance of department supplies and spaces to include classrooms and studios.
Update website listings of tours, programs, and other educational offerings on an ongoing basis.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Salary: $35,000-$40,000 per year.
