The Tennessee State Museum is seeking a Capitol Visitor Services Manager to oversee daily operations, staffing, and strategic direction for all visitor services and educational programming at the Tennessee State Capitol. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Capitol educators and volunteers, ensuring excellent customer service, professional presentation, and high interpretive standards.
- Manage scheduling, staffing, performance evaluation, and team development for all Capitol tour operations.
- Coordinate group visit logistics, maintain visitation records, and ensure smooth communication with internal and external partners.
- Serve as a liaison between the Tennessee State Museum, Capitol administrators, legislators, and government officials.
- Support the development of educational content and anticipate operational needs to maintain a professional, polished visitor experience.
