    Riggs Ward Design is seeking a relationship‑driven professional to serve as a primary ambassador for our studio. This role focuses on building partnerships, representing our work to museums, universities, and cultural institutions, and strengthening our visibility within the museum community.

    Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain relationships with potential collaborators, partners, and institutional clients.

    • Represent Riggs Ward Design at conferences, networking events, and client meetings.

    • Assist in developing formal proposals, pitches, and presentation materials.

    • Make presentations to prospective clients, partners, and industry audiences.

    • Innovate marketing approaches and keep client lists to maintain regular contact.

    • Communicate the studio’s capabilities, values, and project approach to external stakeholders.

    • Identify new partnership opportunities and support strategic business development efforts.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with studio deliverables.

    • Prepare outreach and communication materials using Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud.

    • Travel regularly to conferences and to meet with prospective clients.

    • Perform other duties as assigned to support the studio’s outreach and growth.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience working in or closely with museums, cultural institutions, or the museum community.

    • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills across diverse stakeholders.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud.

    • Ability to represent the studio with professionalism, clarity, and enthusiasm. • Comfort with frequent travel.

    • Organized, self‑directed, and collaborative.

    • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.

    • Degree in history, art history, or a related field preferred.

    Ideal Candidate:

    • Brings familiarity with museum networks, associations, and industry events.

    • Understands the needs and workflows of museums, universities, and cultural clients.

    • Enjoys initiating conversations, meeting new people, and cultivating long‑term partnerships.
