Now Hiring: Museum Program Coordinator Tennessee State Museum (Nashville, TN)

The Tennessee State Museum is seeking a Museum Program Coordinator to help deliver engaging public programs that connect Tennesseans with their history and culture.
In this role, you’ll:
- Assist with scheduling, planning, and coordinating all public programs, including adult programs, family programming, and the Children’s Gallery.
- Communicate with partners, organize agendas, manage payments for speakers and contractors, and coordinate interdepartmental logistics.
- Support the Public Programs Manager in assigning tasks and activities for the Children’s Gallery.
- Help facilitate school field trips, Capitol tours, family day events, and other education initiatives.
- Collaborate with community partners to serve underserved communities and promote the museum statewide.
Salary Range: $3,631-$3,813 per month (plus full state benefits)
Location: Nashville, Tennessee (Davidson County)
