This will include hands-on experience in collections, education, business, finance, and communications and marketing for a first voice organization. • Frontline Associate – Key Holder: The Front Line Associate – Key Holder will serve the visitors to the Museum in both the Museum Store and the Box Office. As the primary ambassadors of the Museum, they will represent the Museum in a professional and helpful manner. In addition to their regular associate duties, the Key Holder will assume leadership responsibility (not to include supervision), including cash management, customer grievance resolution and security.
