This is a paid internship in which the intern will assist the Museum Collections Department with collections related projects. The focus for fall 2019 will be reviewing and completing database records in order to place into its searchable, online component. It will also include assisting the Curator of Collections in re-organization of 2D storage.
The intern will learn how to navigate the PastPerfect database system and its online component. They will learn and practice object handling, organization, and cataloging techniques. In addition, they will learn how to read and research Museum accession records.
