This is a paid internship which will consist of planning, organizing and executing projects that could include hands-on activities, creating and facilitating adult and student tours, creating resource packets, and making object-based lesson plans from grades K-12. The education program is working in accordance with the Common Core Standards as recognized by the Kentucky Department of Education. In addition, interns will receive basic training in other aspects of museum work, including collections and maintenance.
