Format Sample:

ASSISTANT TO THE DIRECTOR.  The Old Museum, Granville, GA.  Assist the Director of the Museum with general administration, budget, and program development.  Other responsibilities include coordinating special events and Friends of the Museum and serving as editor/writer for Museum publications and liaison to Museum Advisory Board, as well as assisting the Director with Public Relations activities.  Qualifications: B.A./B.S.  degree, prefer M.S.  degree.  Candidates must have the ability to successfully balance multiple priorities; work both independently and as a team member; possess strong organizational and written/oral communication and computer skills.  Send a letter of interest, resume, and three letters of recommendation to: Dr.  Bob Austria, Director, The Olde Museum, 1770 River Drive, Granville, GA99804.  Salary Range: $15,000 - $20,000.  Closing date: September 16, 2008.
